2023 Tour Policies: Reservations are accepted on a first come basis. A non-refundable deposit is required with reservations. Full tour payment is due upon billing 60 days prior to departure. Cancellations 60 days or more before departure will be charged the amount of the deposit. Cancellations after that date will be refundable at 50% of the cost unless your space can be filled. Cancellations less than seven days prior to departure are non-refundable. The itinerary is subject to change at the discretion of The Conservancy, but participants will be notified of significant changes in advance. We welcome singles and couples. Trip insurance is highly recommended. Tour cost includes a tax-deductible contribution to The Conservancy of $100 per person. All participants are required to have a full COVID-19 vaccination. If The Conservancy must cancel the tour due to COVID-19, you will be issued a full refund.
