The projectile point to the left is a Clovis point and is approximately 12,000 years old. It is one of the oldest artifacts found in Bandelier. This point would have been mounted on a large dart and used for hunting large animals and was propelled by an atlatl. The projectile point to the right is a small projectile point that was typically used on arrows.
